Track Your Order

In this video, you’ll learn where ZAGENO provides all tracking updates from suppliers so you can self-manage your orders placed without having to contact suppliers directly. ZAGENO handles all order fulfillment with suppliers on your behalf, so you only need to contact ZAGENO if you have a question or request about an order you placed. We also provide tracking updates over email, so if you want to update your email preferences, there is a short video for how to do that.
