You can download all data or just data of a selected visualization (column chart, bar chart or bubble chart):
- In order to download all data, you need to get from Spend Dashboard to Spend Table. Click the View Table button located at the bottom of the right-hand side of the dashboard to get to the Spend Table. The Export Table button is located at the very bottom of the right-hand side. Select Table sheet and you can choose between Excel and CSV format.
- In order to download data of a selected visualization you need to select the visualization. Once selected, you need to hover over the visualization until the pop-up appears and select the last icon on the pop-up which looks like 3 columns and on hover says “View Data”. Data gets displayed in a separate window. Download button is located on the top right-hand side corner.
