What is My Organization?
My Organization ("MyOrg") enables Organization Admins and Procurement users to self-service all your basic account maintenance needs without relaying your request through ZAGENO’s Customer Success team.
It is simple to update and maintain organizational users, ship-to and bill-to addresses, payment methods, and cost centers. This will save you valuable time, as changes can take effect immediately, and you have complete control over your organization's set-up.
What are the Key features of MyOrg:
A new user interface that provides access to the different management sections of the offer.
Management of users.
Management of locations.
Management of cost centers
Management of payment methods.
Management of Approval Flows (Coming Soon)
Management of Project Codes (Coming Soon)
How to Access My Organization:
To access the My Organization screen, you can simply click on My Organization in the Account menu in the upper right hand corner of your screen:
The My Organization dashboard:
Once a user clicks on My Organization, they will land on the dashboard screen
From you dashboard, you will see the count of total orders the organization placed in the current month
The country dropdown menu allows a user to switch to another ZAGENO domain (If applicable)
How to Switch the Country View:
The end-users can switch to other regions on every MyOrg pages, simply clicking on the country label
Select another ZAGENO domain
If the user is not logged in to the new domain, the user is taken to the homepage of that domain and they will need to click Sign In. If already logged in, they will land on the homepage of that domain:
