Expanded Tracking Statuses

ZAGENO has NEW and expanded information that we are able to show you on the status of your packages. For packages for which suppliers provide us with a tracking number from a courier registered with AfterShip, we are now able to provide:


  • More granular package statuses and sub-statuses along with tooltips that explain what each status means
  • The ability to filter the Tracking tab by these new package statuses



  • An email that will notify you when the courier updates the estimated delivery date while the package is in transit. We will also be updating this on your package in the Tracking tab. (This is in addition to the emails we send you when a courier notifies us that your package has been shipped and delivered.)
  • You will see this new email preference added to your Email Preferences page under My Account.
